Client Testimonials
I cannot recommend WNC Audio Video enough. I have worked with them in two different churches and each time the professionalism on all levels was outstanding. They listened to what our needs were and what we were hoping to accomplish and created a system which did just that. When making various suggestions or recommendations of sound and video solutions their explanations were always clear, they always responded quickly and clearly to any and all questions we had, and their recommendations always included examples and links where we could hear and see what they were recommending. The professionalism of the installation and their attentive follow up and training was also outstanding.

We highly recommend John Haynes and WNC Audio Video for their expert service and advice. We were unable to use our Blue Ray DVD player or Netflix because of wiring problems. John fixed both of those problems and installed our ZVOX sound bar which improves our TV/DVD sound quality. This installation enabled us to also hear CDs, record albums, etc. through the five speaker surround sound system. He also reset the system which permits Jay to hear the TV, etc. late at night through his hearing aids. Great work, John. Thank you.

I have an older (1980’s) stereo system (Denon components with JBL L96 studio monitors) that I am really fond of. The system has a great sound but was outdated in regards to music streaming. Luckily, I heard about John at WNC Audio Video and gave him a call. After reviewing my existing system, John made several recommendations….resulting in the perfect system for me. I am extremely happy with my set-up and have it on pretty much all the time I’m home and awake……I wish I’d called John earlier.

John Haynes and WNC Audio Video have been our “go-to” for the needs of our event venue for quite some time now. John is someone who listens well as you explain your needs and he always asks the right questions to understand them, then he explains things to you in a way that you will understand what he is doing. Dependable, reliable, efficient, communicative and an expert in the industry. Always a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend WNC Audio Video for your audio visual needs.

John Haynes has provided me excellent service for almost 4 years and in that time during at least six home visits resolved a variety of issues sometimes related to my hodgepodge of equipment in two locations. He has been very efficient in identifying and creatively correcting problems even with equipment he did not originally install. In addition, he is my preferred resource for the installation/connection of new equipment. Once John schedules an appointment, one can be sure he will be present as anticipated!

John was incredibly helpful in every step of the process setting up our live music performance space. He and Eric were consistently friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared for opening day and beyond, getting the best audio experience for our bands and audiences. I can't recommend WNC Audio Video highly enough.
